| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje postavení profesionálních tanečníků na české muzikálové scéně. Navazuje na dosavadní literaturu a dále jej rozšiřuje o nové poznatky získané prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu. Cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat klíčové aspekty, s nimiž se muzikáloví tanečníci setkávají při působení na profesionální muzikálové scéně v České republice a tím přispět k hlubšímu porozumění jejich specifickému postavení v rámci české divadelní praxe. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy, představuje historický vývoj muzikálu a dále se zaměřuje na vzdělání tanečníků, jejich pracovní podmínky, finanční situaci, společenské postavení i na dopady pandemie covid-19. Praktická část je založena na šesti strukturovaných rozhovorech s profesionálními tanečníky působícími na pražské muzikálové scéně, jejichž prostřednictvím práce přináší aktuální pohled na jejich profesní realitu a podmínky výkonu této profese. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the position of professional dancers in the Czech musical scene. It builds on the existing literature and further extends it with new insights gained through qualitative research. The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyse the key aspects that musical dancers encounter when working on the professional musical scene in the Czech Republic, and thus contribute to a deeper understanding of their specific position within Czech theatre practice. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic concepts, presents the historical development of the musical and focuses on the education of dancers, their working conditions, financial situation, social status and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The practical part is based on six structured interviews with professional dancers working on the Prague musical theatre scene, through which the thesis provides an up-to-date view of their professional reality and the conditions of the profession. |
