| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace bankovnictví a s ní spojenými otázkami kybernetické bezpečnosti. Teoretická část mapuje historický vývoj platebního styku a popisuje současné trendy v oblasti digitálních bankovních služeb, jako jsou platby na kontakt a virtuální platební karty. Pozornost je věnována i rizikům spojeným s rostoucí digitalizací, zejména formám kybernetických útoků, jako je phishing či malware, a zásadám bezpečného chování v online prostředí. Součástí práce je také přehled konkrétních příkladů aktuálních podvodných praktik, které se v České republice objevují. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, které zkoumá preference uživatelů digitálního bankovnictví a jejich povědomí o kybernetických hrozbách napříč různými věkovými skupinami. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the digitalization of banking and related topics in cybersecurity. The theoretical part describes the history of payment systems and explains current trends in digital banking, such as “pay a contact payments” and virtual payment cards. It also looks at the risks that come with growing digitalization, especially cyber threats like phishing and malware, and includes basic rules for staying safe online. The thesis also presents examples of recent fraud cases that have appeared in the Czech Republic. The practical part is based on a questionnaire that explores how people of different ages use digital banking and how aware they are of cyber threats. |
