Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací end-to-end business intelligence řešení v konzultační společnosti. Zahrnuje úvodní studii, výběr technologie, vývoj řešení a reportu. Výstupem je BI aplikace pro automatizovaný sběr dat a report využívaný vedením firmy. Nejprve jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o Business Intelligence a vizualizaci dat. První cíl zahrnuje implementaci analytické aplikace a přechod ze stávajícího manuálního a zastaralého řešení na moderní systém, který zvýší konkurenceschopnost a sníží potřebu manuální práce. Druhým cílem je nad tímto řešením postavit report zaměřeného na profitabilitu konzultantů firmy. Úvodní studie analyzuje současný report, který bude nahrazen. V závěrečné fázi jsou data propojena do celistvého modelu a vytvořený report je zhodnocen s doporučeními pro další vývoj. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an end-to-end business intelligence solution for a consulting company. It contains an initial study, technology selection, solution development, and report creation. The outputs consist of a BI application for automated data collection and a report utilized by the company‘s management. Initially, the theoretical background on Business Intelligence and data visualization is summarized. The first objective involves the implementation of an analytical application and the transition from the existing manual and outdated solution to a modern system, aimed at increasing competitiveness and reducing the need for manual labour. The second objective is to build a dashboard leveraging this solution, focused specifically on the analysis of consultant profitability within the company. The initial study analyzes the current report designated for replacement. In the final phase, data is integrated into a comprehensive model, and the created dashboard is evaluated along with recommendations for future development. |
