Reporting in the aircraft manufacturing company

The thesis deals with the topic of reporting in the primary production of the largest aerospace manufacturing company in the Czech Republic, AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE a. s. The aim of the thesis is to identify key indicators in production management and to create a more innovative and automated solution to replace and expand the existing insufficient reporting system in the primary production hall. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to a more general description of production plants and their work with data, with emphasis on the company AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE a. s. Furthermore, it analyses and clearly defines possible solutions that would allow to compile clear technical and business requirements to create a new solution. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the aforementioned assignments from the side of the client (i.e. the manufacturing company), which includes the business assignment (domain area and general requirements from the business side) and the technical assignment (architecture, data model and technical requirements). After the specification, there is an elaboration of how the specification should be translated into an implementation, which was fully achieved in certain parts of the project and in some parts only the Minimum Viable Product was delivered. The implementation is then validated with the client and then deployed into real operation.
