Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kybernetickou bezpečnost a implementaci směrnice NIS 2 v České republice. Cílem je zmapovat trh poskytovatelů služeb spojených s implementací požadavků NIS 2 a identifikovat klíčová zjištění. V teoretické části je rozebrána kybernetická bezpečnost, související legislativa v České republice a směrnice NIS 2. Praktická část využívá dotazníkové šetření a řízené rozhovory s poskytovateli řešení implementace bezpečnostních opatření. Výsledky ukazují různou míru připravenosti firem na nové požadavky. Práce přináší přehled aktuální situace. Přínosem práce jsou doporučení pro organizace, které budou muset směrnici implementovat. Limitem práce je skutečnost, že český zákon o kybernetické bezpečnosti nevstoupil v platnost v době dokončení práce. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on cyber security and the implementation of the NIS 2 directive in the Czech Republic. The aim is to map the market of service providers related to the implementation of NIS 2 requirements and identify key findings. The theoretical part discusses cybersecurity, related legislation in Czech Republic and the NIS 2 Directive. The practical part uses a questionnaire survey and guided interviews with providers of security implementation solutions. The results show varying degrees of company’s readiness for the new requirements. The paper provides an overview of the current situation. The contribution of the paper are recommendations for organisations that will have to implement the Directive. A limitation of the work is the fact that the Czech law on cyber security had not entered into force at the time of completion of the work. |
