Customer Configuration Management of the Intuo – Company Intelligence system

The aim of this thesis is to design a customer configuration management process for the Intuo – Company Intelligence system and its support through a software solution. Achieving this goal will also address issues encountered during the delivery of this system to customers, which primarily stem from insufficient documentation of individual customer configurations. The design was based on the current state of processes at Digital Resources, a. s., and on a conducted literature review. The most valuable insights were provided by the ITIL library, particularly its Configuration and Assets Management process. The methodology used to achieve the objective is divided into two parts: the design of the process, carried out using the MMABP methodology, and the design and implementation of the software module, realized using the MMSP-AV methodology. The specific outputs according to these methodologies are presented in Chapters 3 and 4. At the end of the thesis, an interview with the project manager was conducted to verify the benefits of the process and the functions of the software module, which are also demonstrated using screenshots.
