| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů umělé inteligence pro zvýšení efektivity práce datových specialistů. Cílem práce je analyzovat možnosti využití nástrojů umělé inteligence v rámci datového týmu v konkrétní analyzované společnosti a navrhnout způsoby jejich implementace pro vylepšení efektivity práce celého týmu. V první kapitole je představena vybraná společnost a datový tým, který je předmětem zkoumání. Následně se práce věnuje analýze aktuálního stavu využívání AI – zkoumá frekvenci používání, způsob užití a obecný postoj zaměstnanců k umělé inteligenci. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou definovány skupiny use casů, pro které jsou dále vyhledávány vhodné AI nástroje. V rámci analýzy trhu je zkoumáno široké spektrum nástrojů umělé inteligence potenciálně vhodných pro účely této práce. Výsledky této analýzy slouží jako podklad pro návrh konkrétních use cases určených k implementaci v daném týmu. Navržené řešení je následně validováno se členy týmu, kteří hodnotí jeho přínos a možný dopad na efektivitu své práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the use of artificial intelligence tools to enhance the efficiency of data specialists. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the possibilities of applying AI tools within a data team in a specific company and to propose ways of implementing them in order to improve the overall efficiency of the team’s work. The first chapter introduces the selected company and the data team that is the subject of the study. The thesis then examines the current state of AI usage — analysing the frequency of use, existing use cases, and the general attitude of employees towards artificial intelligence. Based on the findings, groups of use cases are defined, for which appropriate AI tools are subsequently identified. The market analysis explores a wide range of AI tools that are potentially suitable for the context of this thesis. The results of this analysis serve as the foundation for designing specific use cases intended for implementation within the team. The proposed solution is then validated with selected team members, who assess its potential benefits and impact on the efficiency of their work. |
