Performance Management for a Leadership Team in an IT area

This thesis focuses on how to use business intelligence for performance management in a corporation. The objective of this thesis is to implement a new solution that would improve the setting of goals and the evaluation process of goals in an area that is part of an IT division of a multinational corporation. To achieve this objective, business intelligence methodologies are used in the thesis to create an overview that will provide the data necessary for effective performance management. In addition, methods for corporate performance management were used to provide a solution to the target evaluation. During the initial phase analysis of the current state, expected benefits, and requirements for the new solution are conducted. Design of the solution and implementation of the solution follow the analysis at the beginning of the work.
