| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze dat z veřejné ankety „Naučný program řeka“ pomocí systému LISp-Miner a metodiky CRISP-DM. Cílem práce je podpořit rozhodovací proces Institutu plánování a rozvoje hlavního města Prahy při navrhování vzdělávacího programu o roli řeky Vltavy v městském prostředí. Teoretická část představuje rámec metodiky CRISP- DM a popisuje nástroje systému LISp-Miner, které byly v analýze využity – zejména moduly 4ft-Miner, SD4ft-Miner a CF-Miner. V praktické části byla provedena analýza dat v několika krocích, od přípravy dat přes formulaci analytických otázek až po interpretaci výsledků. Výstupy byly zpracovány do přehledné prezentace pro vlastníka dat a zpětná vazba potvrdila jejich praktickou využitelnost. Práce tak demonstruje přínos metod dobývání znalostí z databází pro veřejnou správu a ukazuje jejich potenciál při tvorbě cílených, datově podložených rozhodnutí. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of data from the public survey "Educational Program River" using the LISp-Miner system and the CRISP-DM methodology. The aim of the thesis is to support the decision-making process of the Prague Institute of Planning and Development in designing an educational program about the role of the Vltava River in the urban environment. The theoretical part presents the framework of the CRISP-DM methodology and describes the tools of the LISp-Miner system used in the analysis—particularly the 4ft-Miner, SD4ft-Miner, and CF-Miner modules. In the practical part, data analysis was performed in several steps, from data preparation through the formulation of analytical questions to the interpretation of the results. The outputs were compiled into a clear presentation for the data owner, and the feedback confirmed their practical applicability. The thesis thus demonstrates the benefits of knowledge discovery in databases for public administration and highlights its potential in making targeted, data-driven decisions. |
