Tato diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu webového portálu Xko, který má podpořit mladé dospělé onkologické pacienty a jejich blízké v České republice. Cílem práce je navrhnout webový portál Xko, který odpovídá reálným potřebám a požadavkům cílové skupiny, zejména mladých onkologických pacientů a jejich blízkých. Práce je postavena na metodologii design thinking a zahrnuje fáze Empatizace, Definice, Ideace, Prototypování a Testování, čímž kombinuje kvalitativní výzkum s iterativním návrhovým procesem. Na základě hloubkových rozhovorů se zástupci cílových skupin byly pomocí tematické analýzy definovány klíčové potřeby a požadavky, které sloužily jako podklad pro samotný návrh UX designu portálu. Výsledkem práce je high-fidelity prototyp portálu Xko vytvořený v programu Figma, který byl ověřen v rámci testování použitelnosti. Z testování vyplývá, že návrh je použitelný, srozumitelný a odpovídá očekáváním uživatelů, což potvrzuje jeho potenciál pro další rozvoj. Práce zároveň může sloužit jako rámec pro realizaci výzkumu v oblasti UX designu v kontextu citlivých témat, jako je právě onkologické onemocnění. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on the design of the web portal Xko, which aims to support young adult oncology patients and their loved ones in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to design a web portal that meets the real needs and requirements of the target group, especially young oncology patients and their close ones. The work is based on the design thinking methodology and includes the phases of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, thereby combining qualitative research with an iterative design process. Based on in-depth interviews with representatives of the target groups, key needs and requirements were identified using thematic analysis, which served as a foundation for the UX design of the portal. The outcome of the thesis is a high-fidelity prototype of the Xko portal, developed in Figma and validated through usability testing. The results indicate that the design is usable, comprehensible, and meets users’ expectations, confirming its potential for further development. The thesis may also serve as a framework for conducting research in the field of UX design within the context of sensitive topics such as cancer. |
