| Abstract: |
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotní péčí v České republice se zvláštním zaměřením na regionální dostupnost dětské a dorostové psychiatrie. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat možné příčiny rozdílů poskytování dětské a dorostové psychiatrie. Dílčím cílem je analyzovat přístup k této péči. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení zdravotní péče, související pojmy, popis financování zdravotního systému a představu o budoucím vývoji zdravotnictví. V závěru kapitoly je pozornost věnována tématu dostupnosti péče, duševnímu zdraví a představení oboru dětské a dorostové psychiatrie. Analytická část obsahuje získané údaje o počtech poskytovatelů dětské psychiatrické péče v krajích. Data jsou pro lepší představu a snadnější identifikaci problémových oblastí interpretována pomocí barevně škálovaných map. Výsledky regresní a korelační analýzy, které zkoumaly vztahy mezi vybranými regionálními socio-ekonomickými faktory a přepočteným počtem dětských psychiatrů, potvrdily nejsilnější závislost mezi dostupností péče a ekonomickou vyspělostí kraje vyjádřenou pomocí regionálního HDP na obyvatele. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the topic of healthcare in the Czech Republic with a special emphasis on the regional availability of psychiatry for children and adolescents. The main objective of the thesis is to identify possible causes of disparities in the provision of psychiatry for children and adolescents. A secondary objective is to analyze access to this type of care. The theoretical part contains the definition of healthcare, related terms as well as the description of the system’s financing and a vision of its future development. Lastly there’s a detailed breakdown of the concept of healthcare availability and special attention to mental health and the field of psychiatry for children and adolescents at the end of the chapter. The analytical part contains data on the number of providers of child psychiatric care across the regions. To aid understanding and facilitate the identification of problematic areas, the data is interpreted color-scaled maps. The findings of regression and correlation analyses, which examine the relationships between selected regional socio-economic factors and the obtained number of child psychiatrists, confirmed the strongest correlation between care accessibility and the economic development of the region, expressed by regional GDP per capita. |
