Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řízení rizik v IT projektech ve velké IT společnosti. Hlavním cílem bylo navrhnout proces pro identifikaci a monitorování rizik v IT společnosti. Návrh vychází z analýzy současných trendů a osvědčených postupů vycházejících z rámců ISO 31000 a PMBOK Guide, které jsou dále adaptovány na konkrétní podmínky IT společnosti. Součástí návrhu je sestavení seznamu rizik a tvorba proaktivních i reaktivních opatření zaměřených na technologické, lidské, legislativní a další hrozby a příležitosti. Validace návrhu, provedená v úzké spolupráci se zástupcem managementu IT společnosti, prokázala, že navržený postup je v prostředí organizace realizovatelný a přináší potenciál pro dlouhodobé zlepšení řízení IT projektů. |

| Abstract: |
The master's thesis focuses on risk management in IT projects within a large IT company. The main objective is to design a process for the identification and monitoring of risks in the company’s IT projects. The proposed process is based on an analysis of current trends and best practices derived from the ISO 31000 and PMBOK Guide frameworks, which are subsequently adapted to the specific conditions of the IT company. The proposal includes the creation of a comprehensive risk list and the development of proactive and reactive measures targeting technological, human, legislative, and other threats and opportunities. The validation of the proposal, carried out in close cooperation with a representative of the company's management, confirmed that the proposed process is feasible in the organizational environment and offers potential for long-term improvement of IT project risk management. |
