Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analýzu a optimalizaci nákupu ve společnosti Thermacut, k.s. První část se zabývá teoretickým základem, kde jsou na základě literární rešerše vysvětleny klíčové pojmy jako řízení nákupu, klíčové ukazatele výkonu a řízení a hodnocení dodavatelů. Představena je zde i metodologie využita v praktické části. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost a fungování nákupu. Následuje analýza současného stavu klíčových ukazatelů výkonu nákupu a stav hodnocení dodavatelů. Podklady pro analýzu byly získány pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů se zaměstnanci společnosti společně s autorovou zkušeností s prací ve společnosti. Na základě sesbíraných dat autor navrhuje doporučení pro stanovování a měření klíčových ukazatelů výkonu a pro řízení a hodnocení dodavatelů. K hodnocení dodavatelů navrhuje autor analýzu rizikovosti jednotlivých dodavatelů. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis aims to optimize the procurement department of Thermacut, k.s. company. The first part deals with the theoretical background, where key concepts such as procurement management, procurement, key performance indicators, and supplier management and evaluation are explained based on a literature review. The methodology used in the practical part is also outlined here. In the practical part, the company and the functioning of its procurement department are first introduced. This is followed by an analysis of the current status of procurement key performance indicators and supplier evaluation. The data for the analysis were obtained through in-depth interviews with company employees, together with the author's experience of working in the company. Based on data obtained, the author proposes recommendations for the establishment and measurement of key performance indicators, as well as for supplier management and evaluation. To evaluate suppliers precisely, the author suggests a risk analysis of individual suppliers. |
