| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením dopadů inovací v oblasti informačních systémů a informačních a komunikačních technologií na fungování a ekonomiku veřejného podniku, konkrétně na příkladu organizace Zoo Praha. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout metodiku, která umožní systematické, srovnatelné a prakticky použitelné hodnocení těchto dopadů, a to nejen z finančního hlediska, ale také s ohledem na provozní, uživatelské a strategické aspekty. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on evaluating the impact of innovations in information systems and information and communication technologies on the operations and economy of a public enterprise, using Zoo Prague as a case study. The main objective is to propose a methodology for the systematic, comparable, and practically applicable assessment of such innovations, not only from a financial perspective but also with respect to operational, user-related, and strategic dimensions. |
