| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komplexním vlivem umělé inteligence (AI) na organizace v sektoru informačních a komunikačních technologií (ICT). Analyzuje, jak AI transformuje provozní efektivitu, podporuje inovace, mění obchodní modely a strategické řízení, přičemž zohledňuje i dopady na pracovní sílu, etické výzvy a společenské implikace. Práce identifikuje klíčové příležitosti, jako jsou automatizace procesů, zvyšování produktivity a konkurenční výhody, ale také významné bariéry, včetně mezery v dovednostech, problémů s daty, nákladů a etických rizik. Zaměřuje se na strategické aspekty implementace AI, včetně připravenosti organizací, adopčních strategií a kritických faktorů úspěchu. Dále zkoumá etická dilemata, jako jsou bias, transparentnost a odpovědnost, a navrhuje rámce pro zodpovědnou správu AI (AI Governance). Na základě systematického přehledu literatury práce formuluje praktická doporučení pro manažery a identifikuje oblasti pro budoucí výzkum, například dlouhodobé dopady AI a specifika malých a středních podniků. Cílem je poskytnout holistický pohled na transformaci ICT sektoru AI a přispět k jeho udržitelnému rozvoji. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines the complex impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on organizations in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector. It analyzes how AI transforms operational efficiency, drives innovation, changes business models and strategic management, while also considering the impact on the workforce, ethical challenges, and societal implications. The thesis identifies key opportunities, such as process automation, productivity gains, and competitive advantages, but also significant barriers, including skills gaps, data issues, costs, and ethical risks. It focuses on the strategic aspects of AI implementation, including organizational readiness, adoption strategies, and critical success factors. It further explores ethical dilemmas such as bias, transparency, and accountability, and proposes frameworks for responsible AI governance. Based on a systematic review of the literature, the thesis formulates practical recommendations for managers and identifies areas for future research, such as the long-term impacts of AI and the specifics of small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim is to provide a holistic view of the transformation of the ICT sector by AI and contribute to its sustainable development. |
