Corporate Social Responsibility of Agile Europe s.r.o

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the case of Agile Europe s.r.o. The main objective was to identify the company’s existing CSR activities and subsequently draft its first CSR report, including specific recommendations for improvement. Partial objectives included identifying key CSR areas and examining employee attitudes toward this concept. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical part introduces the definition of CSR, its historical development, core dimensions, and methods of evaluation. The practical part is based on mixed research methods, including qualitative research in the form of a semi-structured interview with the company’s CEO and quantitative research via a structured employee questionnaire. Based on the findings and the application of GRI standards, the company's first CSR report was created, primarily intended for internal use by employees, along with specific recommendations to support the continued development of socially responsible business practices.
