| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá obcemi, jednak jejich strukturou a dále hlavně jejich majetkem a hospodařením s nim. Popisuje, jak se dělí majetek v obcích, kdo má rozhodovací pravomoce při zacházení s nim. Tuto dělbu majetku aplikuje na obci Dobrovice, kde je zkoumáno její hospodaření s jejím majetkem. Blíže se zaměřuje na hospodaření s pozemky. |

| Abstract: | This work is engaged in communities, both their structure and mostly their property and its managing. It describes, how is the property divided in here, who has power to take decisions. This division of property is directly applied on community Dobrovice, where the managing of the property is examined. More closely it is focused on managing with lands. |
