| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v kulturním sektoru na území Hořovicka. Cílem je zhodnotit současný stav, identifikovat bariéry a navrhnout konkrétní opatření podporující pracovní inkluzi. Teoretická část vychází z konceptu kulturních a kreativních průmyslů, teorie veřejné služby, možných právních forem sociálního podniku a legislativy týkající se osob se zdravotním postižením. Praktická část využívá kvalitativní výzkum kombinující rozhovory a zúčastněné pozorování. Výsledky ukazují, že klíčovou bariérou jsou předsudky, zatímco kultura může sloužit jako nástroj sociální změny. Práce navrhuje strategii podpory zaměstnávání handicapovaných osob na úrovni města nebo specializovaného podniku. Přínosem je zpracování konkrétního návrhu, který může sloužit jako praktický podklad pro samosprávu i jako impuls k otevření veřejné diskuse o této problematice. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis examines the employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the cultural sector within the Hořovice region. The aim is to assess the current state, identify key barriers, and propose specific measures to support employment inclusion. The theoretical framework is based on the concept of cultural and creative industries, the theory of public service, legal forms of social enterprises, and legislation concerning people with disabilities. The empirical part employs qualitative research methods, combining semi-structured interviews with participant observation. The findings indicate that societal prejudice remains a major obstacle, whereas culture can serve as a powerful tool for social change. The thesis proposes a strategic approach to supporting the employment of people with disabilities, either through municipal structures or specialized enterprises. The benefit of this thesis lies in the formulation of a concrete proposal that may serve as a practical framework for local authorities and as an impetus for initiating public discourse on this issue. |
