| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace vybraných účetních programů z pohledu malé české účetní firmy na základě následujících kritérií: cena, možnost exportu dat do Excelu, uživatelské rozhraní, dostupné moduly a rychlost práce. Autor k porovnání využívá metody jako analýzu dokumentů, pozorování, měření, komparaci a řízené rozhovory. Práce hodnotí klíčové funkce jednotlivých softwarů a jejich přínos pro efektivní vedení účetnictví v malých firmách. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou softwary posouzeny z hlediska jejich vhodnosti pro malé účetní firmy, s důrazem na optimalizaci pracovních procesů a snížení nákladů. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vytěžování faktur na základě požadavku majitelky firmy. Výsledkem je přehled aktuální nabídky účetních softwarů na trhu a doporučení pro firmu. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare selected accounting software from the perspective of a small Czech accounting firm, based on the following criteria: price, the ability to export data to Excel, user interface, available modules, and work efficiency. The author employs methods such as document analysis, observation, measurement, comparison, and guided interviews. The thesis evaluates the key features of each software solution and their contribution to effective accounting in small businesses. Based on the analysis conducted, the software is assessed in terms of its suitability for small accounting firms, with an emphasis on optimizing workflows and reducing costs. Special attention is given to invoice data extraction, based on a specific request from the company owner. The outcome of the thesis is an overview of current accounting software offerings on the market and a recommendation for the company. |
