| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu low-code informačních systémů pomocí model-driven aplikací na bázi Microsoft Dataverse, dříve známé jako Common Data Service. Cílem práce je navrhnout a implementovat HR modul podnikového informačního systému, který bude sloužit k podpoře procesu náboru zaměstnanců. Práce pokrývá proces vývoje HR modulu od analýzy možností nabízených jednotlivými částmi Microsoft Power Platform, přes správu požadavků, návrh systému, implementaci a konečnou validaci za pomocí polostrukturovaného hloubkového rozhovoru s HR specialistkou. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of low-code information systems using model-driven applications based on Microsoft Dataverse, formally known as Common Data Service. The goal of the thesis is to design and implement HR module of an enterprise information system that capable of supporting the recruitment process. The thesis covers the development process from analysis of the offered capabilities by different parts of the Microsoft Power Platform, trough requirements management, system design, implementation and final validation using semi-structured in-depth interview with an HR specialist. |
