| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou kulturních a sociálních faktorů ovlivňujících přijetí očkování proti HPV v České republice. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat klíčové determinanty, které ovlivňují rozhodování o očkování. Výzkum zahrnuje analýzu odborné literatury, kvantitativní šetření mezi lékaři a kvalitativní šetření mezi ženami. Výsledky ukázaly, že zásadními faktory jsou doporučení lékařů, obavy z vedlejších účinků a vliv sociálních norem. Dále výzkum odhalil nízkou zdravotní gramotnost veřejnosti jako důležitou bariéru pro očkování. Na základě výsledků byla formulována doporučení zaměřená na posílení role lékařů v komunikaci o očkování, zvýšení zdravotní gramotnosti a vytvoření cílených informačních kampaní. Celkově práce přispívá k hlubšímu porozumění problematiky přijetí očkování proti HPV a navrhuje praktické kroky ke zvýšení proočkovanosti v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the analysis of cultural and social factors influencing the acceptance of HPV vaccination in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to identify key determinants that affect decision-making regarding vaccination. The research includes an analysis of academic literature, a quantitative survey among physicians, and a qualitative survey among women. The results revealed that crucial factors include physicians' recommendations, concerns about potential side effects, and the influence of social norms. Furthermore, theresearch uncovered low health literacy among the public as an important barrier to vaccination. Based on the findings, recommendations were formulated aiming to strengthen the role of physicians in communication about vaccination, enhance public health literacy, and develop targeted information campaigns. Overall, the thesis contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing HPV vaccine acceptance and proposes practical steps to increase vaccination rates in the Czech Republic. |
