Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá postoje kardiologů k využití umělé inteligence (AI) při diagnostice kardiovaskulárních onemocnění a identifikuje klíčové faktory ovlivňující její přijetí do klinické praxe. Na základě kvalitativních rozhovorů s kardiology je provedena analýza s využitím teoretického rámce doc. Pi-Jung Hsiehové (2023), který zahrnuje teorii vnímaných hodnot, obavy týkající se etického využívání umělé inteligence a index technologické připravenosti. Výsledky ukazují, že lékaři vnímají AI jako užitečný nástroj, který významně zvyšuje efektivitu a přesnost diagnostiky. Přijetí AI ovlivňují obavy týkající se etických aspektů, spolehlivosti technologií a nutnosti zachování lidského úsudku v diagnostickém procesu. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v detailní identifikaci těchto faktorů a v návrhu scénářů užití, které usnadňují implementaci AI v kardiologii v České republice. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis examines cardiologists' attitudes towards the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and identifies key factors influencing its adoption in clinical practice. Based on qualitative interviews with cardiologists, the analysis applies the theoretical framework developed by Assoc. Prof. Pi-Jung Hsieh (2023), which integrates the Consumption Values Theory, AI Ethics Concerns, and the Technology Readiness Index. The findings indicate that cardiologists perceive AI as a valuable tool that significantly enhances diagnostic efficiency and accuracy. The adoption of AI is influenced by concerns related to ethical considerations, technological reliability, and the need to preserve human judgment in the diagnostic process. The primary contribution of this thesis lies in the detailed identification of these factors and in proposing usa case scenarios that support the implementation of AI in cardiology in the Czech Republic. |
