Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro založení pilates studia v Praze. Jejím cílem je posoudit realizovatelnost a životaschopnost tohoto podnikatelského záměru. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení klíčových pojmů souvisejících s podnikáním a popisu jednotlivých složek podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část poté představuje konkrétní podnikatelský plán, který obsahuje analýzu trhu, zákazníků a konkurence, marketingovou strategii, organizační strukturu, finanční plán a analýzu rizik. V rámci praktické části je také provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které slouží ke zjištění preferencí potenciálních zákazníků. Na základě všech těchto faktorů je provedeno celkové zhodnocení projektu a ověření jeho životaschopnosti. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis focuses on creating a business plan for establishing a pilates studio in Prague. Its aim is to assess the feasibility and viability of this business plan. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of key concepts related to entrepreneurship and the description of the individual components of the business plan. The practical part then presents the specific business plan, which includes market, customer and competitor analysis, marketing strategy, organisational structure, financial plan and risk analysis. The practical part also includes a questionnaire survey to determine the preferences of potential customers. Based on all these factors, an overall evaluation of the project is made and its viability is verified. |
