Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivity modelů správy koncertních budov v České republice, konkrétně Rudolfina a Obecního domu v Praze. Teoretická část představuje kulturní infrastrukturu určenou pro provozování živého umění v České republice a popisuje historii i současnost obou zmíněných budov. Závěrem se zaměřuje na plánovanou Vltavskou filharmonii. Praktická část prostřednictvím kombinace kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu hodnotí Rudolfinum a Obecní dům z pěti rovin: ekonomické, správní, z hlediska subjektů sídlících v budovách a roviny umělecké. Poslední aspekt se zaměřuje na budoucnost koncertní infrastruktury i následnou roli budov. Analýza vychází z výročních zpráv spravujících institucí z let 2019–2023 a rozhovorů s vedením České filharmonie a Obecního domu a.s., s vedením institucí působících v obou budovách a s hudebnicemi České filharmonie a Symfonického orchestru hl. m Prahy FOK. Závěr práce je věnován zodpovězení výzkumných otázek a shrnutí hlavních zjištění, včetně výsledků SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on evaluating the efficiency of management models of concert halls in the Czech Republic, specifically Rudolfinum and the Municipal House in Prague. The theoretical part introduces the cultural infrastructure designated for live art performances in the Czech Republic and describes both the historical background and current state of the two mentioned venues. It concludes with an outlook on the planned Vltava Philharmonic Hall. The practical part, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, assesses Rudolfinum and the Municipal House from five perspectives: economic, administrative, the perspective of the resident institutions, and artistic. The final aspect focuses on the future development of concert infrastructure and the evolving role of these buildings. The analysis is based on annual reports from the managing institutions from 2019 to 2023 and on interviews with the management of the Czech Philharmonic and Obecní dům a.s., with the management of institutions operating in both buildings as well as with musicians from the Czech Philharmonic and the Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK. The thesis concludes by answering the research questions and summarizing the findings, including the results of the SWOT analysis. |
