Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu motivace dobrovolníků v neziskové organizaci Nevyhasni, která se zaměřuje na prevenci a osvětu syndromu vyhoření. Cílem je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují dobrovolnickou motivaci a míru angažovanosti, a jakými prostředky organizace přispívá k jejich podpoře. Teoretická část se soustředí na charakteristiku neziskového sektoru, specifika dobrovolnictví, vybrané motivační teorie a problematiku syndromu vyhoření ve vztahu k dobrovolnické činnosti. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s dobrovolníky a zakladateli organizace. Výstupy výzkumu přináší hlubší porozumění motivačním mechanismům a navrhují doporučení pro dlouhodobou spolupráci s dobrovolníky a efektivnější řízení dobrovolnického týmu. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the motivation of volunteers in the non-profit organization Nevyhasni, which is dedicated to the prevention and awareness of burnout syndrome. The aim is to identify the factors that influence volunteer motivation and engagement, as well as the approaches the organization uses to support its volunteers. The theoretical part explores the characteristics of the non-profit sector, the specifics of volunteering, selected motivation theories, and the issue of burnout in relation to volunteer work. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with volunteers and the organization’s founders. The findings offer deeper insight into motivational mechanisms and propose recommendations for fostering long-term collaboration and improving the management of the volunteer team. |
