| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje integraci na trhu práce pro handicapované osoby a jejím bariérám v osobním či pracovním životě. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány a vysvětleny klíčové pojmy práce, uvedeny druhy a dopady handicapu a také státní opatření. Praktická část se soustředí na analýzu konkrétních bariér v pracovním i osobním životě OZP zaměstnanců. Také zahrnuje metodologii, sběr dat a charakteristiku daného podniku. Výzkum byl prováděn formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a zaměstnavatelem konkrétního podniku. Rozhovoru se zúčastnilo 11 respondentů. Na základě výzkumu jsou formulovány doporučení pro zlepšení integrace handicapovaných osob na pracovní trh. Hlavním cílem práce bylo identifikovat konkrétní bariéry, které brání úspěšné integraci na pracovní trh a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení integrace a zmírnění bariér. Výzkum odhalil problematiku integrace handicapovaných osob na trh práce a její bariéry. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on labour market integration for disabled people and its barriers in personal or working life. In the theoretical part, the key concepts of work are discussed and explained, the types and effects of disability are presented, as well as state measures. The practical part focuses on the analysis of specific barriers in the working and personal life of PWD employees. It also covers methodology, data collection and characteristics of the enterprise in question. The research was carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews with the employees and the employer of the specific enterprise. 11 respondents participated in the interview. Based on the research, recommendations for improving the integration of disabled people into the labour market are formulated. The main objective of the work was to identify specific barriers that prevent successful integration into the labour market and to propose measures to improve integration and mitigate barriers. |
