| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá reálnou realizací a analýzou stavby dětského hřiště. Na přání společnosti bude zachována anonymita. V této práci ji budeme nazývat Alfa. Obec, pro kterou společnost realizuje zakázku, budeme pro změnu nazývat Beta. Analýza projektu začíná vstupem do výběrového řízení ve veřejném sektoru a končí úspěšným dokončením stavby. Cílem je zachytit veškeré činnosti, které souvisí se stavbou a získat tak podrobný přehled o časové náročnosti projektu, nákladech, vytížeností zdrojů a o rizicích spojených s touto problematikou. Díky tomu zjistíme, zda je možné realizovat takové projekty efektivněji. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on the real-life implementation and analysis of a children's playground construction project. At the company's request, anonymity will be preserved. In this thesis, the company will be referred to as "Alfa". The municipality for which the company is carrying out the project will be referred to as "Beta". The project analysis begins with participation in a public tender and concludes with the successful completion of the construction. The aim is to capture all activities related to the project to gain a detailed overview of the project's time demands, costs, resource utilization, and associated risks. This comprehensive insight will help determine whether such projects can be executed more efficiently. |
