Cílem práce je analyzovat kroky Centrální banky Ruské federace v rámci monetární politiky a následně vyhodnotit, jaké důsledky mají tyto procesy pro podnikání. Tato práce zkoumá dopady opatření měnové politiky na podnikatelské prostředí v Rusku v letech 2021–2024. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována důsledkům ekonomické recese způsobenými pandemií a sankčními opatřeními přijatými po ruské vojenské invazi na Ukrajinu a také politice Centrální banky Ruské federace při změně základní úrokové sazby jako jedné z cest boje s recesí. Tento časový úsek byl také vzat pro zkoumání, v jakém stavu byla ruská ekonomika po pandemii Covid a před začátkem konfliktu s Ukrajinou. V analytické části práce je použita deskriptivní analýza dat, zaměřená zejména na vývoj povinných minimálních rezerv a také na změny základní úrokové sazby. Součástí práce je i analýza operací na otevřeném trhu. Tato analýza umožní zhodnotit dlouhodobé trendy a identifikovat možné vzorce či významné změny v reakci na geopolitické události. Zároveň zahrnuje interpretaci získaných dat v kontextu teoretických konceptů měnové politiky a jejího dopadu na ekonomiku a podnikatelský sektor, které jsou rozpracovány v teoretické části práce. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this paper is to analyze the steps taken by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation within its monetary policy and then evaluate the consequences these processes have for business activity. This paper examines the impact of monetary policy measures on the business environment in Russia from 2021 to 2024. Special attention is given to the consequences of the economic recession caused by the pandemic and the sanctions imposed after the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, as well as the policy of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation regarding changes in the base interest rate as one of the ways to combat the recession. This time period was also selected to examine the state of the Russian economy after the COVID-19 pandemic and before the onset of the conflict with Ukraine. In the analytical part of the paper, descriptive data analysis will be used, focusing primarily on the development of required minimum reserves and changes in the base interest rate. The paper will also include an analysis of open market operations. This analysis will allow the evaluation of long-term trends and the identification of possible patterns or significant changes in response to geopolitical events. Additionally, it will include the interpretation of the data obtained in the context of theoretical concepts of monetary policy and its impact on the economy and the business sector, which are developed in the theoretical part of the paper. |
