Corporate social responsibility of the company TDK Electronics s.r.o

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the company TDK Electronics s.r.o. The aim is to define the theoretical foundations of CSR, evaluate the CSR system implemented in the company, and propose recommendations for its further development. The methodology combines a literature review of academic sources, analysis of secondary data (including internal company documents), and a qualitative questionnaire survey conducted among members of the top management. The questionnaire was designed with an emphasis on the four main pillars of CSR, with particular attention given to the fourth pillar – responsibility for future generations. The results after interpretation and evaluation highlight the company’s strengths in the social and economic areas while also identifying opportunities for improvement in the area of long-term strategy and communication of environmental goals. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed to help increase the effectiveness of the company's CSR activities.
