Tématem bakalářské práce je Zkvalitnění řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje řízení lidských zdrojů jako takovému, rolím a podstatě lidského kapitálu, řízení pracovního výkonu pracovníků a jejich hodnocení, odměňování pracovníků, vzdělávání a rozvoji pracovníků a nakonec je zde pojednáváno také o tématu péče o pracovníky. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zjištění skutečností a celkové situace ve vybraném podniku, konkrétně v podniku Jednota DS v Kaplici. Tato část by měla pomoci odpovědět na otázky, zda podnik dostatečně propojuje zájmy své vlastní se zájmy svých zaměstnanců, jaké metody vedení, řízení a hodnocení na pracovníky používá a jak je zde k pracovníkům obecně přistupováno. Cílem práce je zhodnotit celkový přístup k zaměstnancům, v případě potřeby navrhnout možná zlepšení v této oblasti a dosáhnout tím tak lepšího plnění cílů podniku. |

| Abstract: |
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is Improving the quality of human resources management in a selected company. The theoretical part is devoted to the management of human resources as such, the roles and essence of human capital, the management of the work performance of workers and their evaluation, remuneration of workers, education and development of workers, and finally the topic of worker care is also discussed here. The practical part focuses on finding out the facts and the overall situation in the selected company, specifically in the company Jednota DS in Kaplice. This part should therefore help to answer the questions of whether the company sufficiently connects its own interests with the interests of its employees, what methods of leadership, management and evaluation of employees it uses and how employees are generally treated here. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the overall approach to employees, propose potential improvements in this area if necessary, and thereby achieve more effective fulfillment of the company´s objectives. |
