Bakalářská práce se věnuje kutilství, sdílené ekonomice a zejména s tím spojeným sdíleným dílnám. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav sdílených dílen v České republice, jejich postavení a také výzvy, kterým čelí jejich provozovatelé. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení kutilství a příbuzných aktivit, základní principy cirkulární ekonomiky a z toho vyplývající sdílené ekonomiky. V rámci praktické části jsou pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu sledovány čtyři sdílené dílny ve čtyřech českých městech. Důraz je kladen zejména na analýzu hlavních překážek, se kterými se provozovatelé dílen potýkají a dále na argumenty pro zvýšení podpory ze strany veřejných rozpočtů. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty hlavní poznatky výzkumu, některá doporučení a také návrh k navazujícímu zkoumání dané problematiky. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor's thesis focuses on DIY, the sharing economy and the associated sharing workshops. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current state of shared workshops in the Czech Republic, their situation and the challenges faced by their operators. The theoretical part includes the definition of DIY and related activities, the basic principles of the circular economy and the resulting sharing economy. Within the practical part four sharing workshops in four Czech cities are monitored through qualitative research. The focus is mainly on the analysis of the main obstacles faced by workshop operators and the arguments for increased support from public budgets. The paper concludes with a summary of the main findings of the research, some recommendations and a proposal for further research on the issue. |
