V dnešní době v České republice většina firem nabízí svým zaměstnancům kromě sjednané fixní mzdy i další plnění a výhody, například ve formě zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů pro firmu XYZ, která by je měla několika svým zaměstnankyním na manažerských pozicích od roku 2026 také poskytovat. Pro analýzu toho, jaké benefity by zaměstnankyním nejlépe vyhovovaly, je proveden kvalitativní výzkum, který se skládá z celkem sedmi polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Závěrem práce je analýza rozhovorů a formulace konkrétních návrhů pro firmu. Výsledky výzkumu by měly pomoci firmě XYZ správně nastavit ucelený systém zaměstnaneckých výhod. |

Nowadays in the Czech republic, most companies offer their employees not only an agreed fixed salary but also additional compensation and benefits, such as employee perks. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design an employee benefits system for company XYZ, which plans to provide such benefits to several of its employees on managerial positions starting in 2026. To analyse which benefits would best suit the employees, a qualitative research is conducted, consisting of a total of seven semi-structured interviews. The thesis is concluded with an analysis of the interviews and the formulation of particular recommendations for the company. The research findings should help company XYZ establish a well-structured employee benefits system. |
