Zeleň a kvalitní veřejné prostory přispívají k udržitelnému rozvoji měst a zvyšují celkovou kvalitu života obyvatel. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza přínosů komunitních zahrad a revitalizovaných parků v Praze z hlediska jejich sociálního, environmentálního a ekonomického významu. Práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní příklady vybraných parků a komunitních zahrad v urbanizovaném prostoru, přičemž zohledňuje zkušenosti jejich uživatelů a správců. V teoretické části jsou představeny klíčové pojmy související s veřejným prostorem, zelenou infrastrukturou, udržitelným rozvojem měst a kvalitou života. Praktická část vychází z terénního výzkumu a kvalitativní analýzy rozhovorů s aktéry zapojenými do fungování zelených ploch. Výsledkem práce jsou doporučení pro efektivní rozvoj městské zeleně s důrazem na participaci obyvatel, udržitelný rozvoj a sociální přínos. Závěry práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro plánování a podporu podobných projektů v dalších městských oblastech. |

| Abstract: |
Green spaces and high-quality public areas contribute to the sustainable development of cities and enhance the overall quality of life for residents. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the analysis of the benefits of community gardens and revitalized parks in Prague, focusing on their social, environmental, and economic significance. The thesis focuses on specific examples of selected parks and community gardens in urban areas, considering the experiences of their users and managers. The theoretical part introduces key concepts related to public space, green infrastructure, sustainable urban development, and quality of life. The practical part is based on field research and a qualitative analysis of interviews with stakeholders involved in the management of green spaces. The outcome of the work is a set of recommendations for the effective planning of urban greenery, with an emphasis on public participation, sustainable development, and social benefits. The conclusions of this thesis can serve as a basis for the planning and support of similar projects in other urban areas. |
