Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a analýzou vývoje financování památkové péče o nemovité kulturní památky v Československu a České republice od roku 1945 do současnosti. Dominantou teoretické části je náhled na problematiku financování péče z ekonomického hlediska, což zahrnuje analýzu finančních toků a ekonomických impulsů, které ovlivňují rozhodování o obnově a údržbě historických objektů. Další významnou, zde již praktickou částí bakalářské práce je případová studie, která je zaměřena na financování zámku Litomyšl. Případová studie slouží jako modelový příklad pro pochopení aktuálních výzev v oblasti financování památkové péče. Práce se bude zabývat analýzou získaných finančních prostředků, způsobem jejich využití a efektivity jednotlivých projektů. |

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the description and analysis of the development of funding for the care of immovable cultural monuments in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic from 1945 to the present. The dominant part of the theoretical section is an overview of the issue of funding care from an economic perspective, which includes an analysis of financial flows and economic incentives that influence decisions about the restoration and maintenance of historical objects. Another significant, practical part of the bachelor’s thesis is the case study, which focuses on the funding of Litomyšl Castle. The case study serves as a model example for understanding current challenges in the field of monument care funding. The thesis will deal with the analysis of obtained financial resources, their utilization. And the efficiency of individual projects. |
