Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním lidských a finančních zdrojů při plánování závodů v silovém trojboji. Jejím cílem je identifikovat neefektivní procesy, které nastávají při zacházení se zdroji a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení efektivity. Výzkum se soustředí na dva největší pořadatelské týmy v České republice. Kombinací kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu vznikl komplexní pohled na problematiku se zohledněním obecných trendů i individuálních zkušeností respondentů. Kvantitativní výzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření distribuovaného mezi komunitu silových trojbojařů a jejich okolí. Kvalitativní výzkum proběhl pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s klíčovými osobami. Byly odhaleny silné stránky závodů, jako je skládání organizačního týmu skrze osobní zkušenost ředitele soutěže, nebo atmosféra závodu, ale i slabší stránky jako je přetěžování organizačního týmu nebo malá diverzifikace zdrojů financování. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis deals with the use of human and financial resources in the planning of powerlifting competitions. It aims to identify the inefficient processes that occur when dealing with resources. The research focuses on the two largest organizing teams in the Czech Republic. The combination of qualitative and quantitative research has produced a comprehensive view of the issue, taking into account general trends and the individual experiences of the respondents. Quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire survey distributed among the community of powerlifter athletes and their surroundings. Qualitative research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with key figures. Strengths of the competitions were revealed, such as the composition of the organizing team through the personal experience of the meet director or the atmosphere of the competition, but also weaknesses such as the overloading of the organizing team or the little diversification of funding sources. |
