| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je pomocí metod strategické analýzy zhodnotit současnou pozici společnosti dm drogerie markt s.r.o. na trhu a navrhnout strategická opatření pro její další rozvoj. Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy a následnou syntézou získaných informací. Závěrem práce budou formulovány strategické kroky, které budou sloužit vedení společnosti. |

The thesis concludes with the formulation of strategic steps intended to support the company's management. |
