| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím umělé inteligence ve filmové a audiovizuální postprodukci v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem AI mění pracovní procesy v postprodukci, které konkrétní části těchto procesů lze pomocí AI zjednodušit, jak si Česká republika stojí ve srovnání se zahraničím a jaký má AI potenciál do budoucna. Teoretická část se věnuje základním principům fungování umělé inteligence, jejímu využití v kreativních odvětvích, vývoji postprodukce a vytváří také teoretický rámec využití AI v oblasti filmové a audiovizuální postprodukce. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s filmovými a audiovizuálními střihači. Práce dochází k závěru, že umělá inteligence je v současnosti vnímána především jako praktický nástroj pro zefektivnění rutinních úkonů, který pomáhá šetřit čas, snižovat náklady a umožňuje větší soustředění na kreativní rozhodování. Zároveň otevírá otázky týkající se proměny profese střihače a dlouhodobého vlivu automatizace na filmovou a audiovizuální tvorbu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of artificial intelligence in film and audiovisual post-production in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to explore how AI is changing work processes in post-production, which specific parts of these processes can be simplified through AI, how the Czech Republic compares with international practice, and what future potential AI holds in this field. The theoretical part explains the basic principles of artificial intelligence, its application in the creative industries, the development of postproduction, and provides a theoretical framework for understanding the use of AI in film and audiovisual postproduction. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with film and audiovisual editors. The thesis concludes that artificial intelligence is currently perceived mainly as a practical tool for streamlining routine tasks, helping to save time, reduce costs, and allow greater focus on creative decision-making. At the same time, it raises questions about the transformation of the editor’s profession and the long-term impact of automation on film and audiovisual production. |
