Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním možností budoucího využití chátrajícího objektu bývalého karmelitánského kláštera v Chyších. Cílem práce je navrhnout různé možnosti nového využití objektu a posoudit jejich vhodnost z hlediska vlastností budovy, lokality a dalších faktorů. Hlavní pozornost je věnována možnosti konverze kláštera na pečovatelské zařízení pro seniory, a to na základě existující projektové dokumentace. Představeny jsou i další varianty využití, především s kulturním přesahem. Práce může sloužit jako podklad pro potenciální investory a její závěry mohou být částečně zobecnitelné i na podobné chátrající památky v periferních regionech. |

This bachelor's thesis explores the potential future uses for the neglected building of the former Carmelite monastery in Chyše. The aim of the thesis is to propose various options for the building’s new use and to assess their suitability in terms of the building’s characteristics, its location, and other factors. The main focus is on the possibility of converting the monastery into a senior care facility, based on an existing project documentation. Other uses are also introduced, particularly those with cultural purposes. The thesis may serve as a basis for potential investors, and its conclusions may be partially generalized to similar neglected heritage sites in peripheral regions. |
