Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit využití průmyslového internetu věcí (IIoT) ve vybraném podniku a identifikovat konkrétní přínosy a výzvy spojené s implementací této technologie a využití IIoT manažery při rozhodování. Práce se konkrétně zaměřuje na výrobní podnik na kabelové svazky GD Tunisie. Výzkum byl proveden analýzou implementace IIoT a tematickou analýzou provedených polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Bylo zjištěno, že IIoT pomáhá managementu rychle a efektivně zasahovat, identifikovat úzká místa a kalibrovat výrobní linky. Na základě přesného časování může kalkulovat správné výrobní ceny. Díky sledováním produktivity zaměstnanců je možné zavádět kvóty na výrobu, ale zároveň férově rozdělovat bonusy za nadstandartní práci. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the use of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) in a selected company and to identify specific benefits and challenges associated with the implementation of this technology, as well as the use of IIoT by managers in decision-making. The thesis specifically focuses on the cable harness manufacturing company GD Tunisie. The research was conducted through an analysis of the IIoT implementation and a thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews. It was found that IIoT helps management to respond quickly and efficiently, identify bottlenecks, and calibrate production lines. Based on precise timing, it enables the calculation of accurate production costs. By monitoring employee productivity, it is possible to introduce production quotas while also fairly distributing bonuses for outstanding performance. |
