Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem Každý může být umělcem, který využívá arteterapii jako nástroj sociální inkluze a podpory osob s mentálním postižením. Na základě teoretického vymezení arteterapie a souvisejících uměleckých směrů analyzuje práce konkrétní model projektu, hodnotí jeho organizační, ekonomické a komunikační aspekty a zaměřuje se na jeho dopad na zapojené aktéry. Praktická část je věnována případové studii projektu Každý může být umělcem a je založena na kvalitativním a kvantitativním výzkumu – rozhovorech a dotazníkovém šetření mezi arteterapeuty, organizátory a zúčastněnými zařízeními. Práce identifikuje silné stránky projektu, bariéry jeho udržitelnosti, možnosti dalšího směřování a přináší doporučení pro jeho budoucí rozvoj. Výsledky mají sloužit nejen organizátorům projektu Každý může být umělcem, ale mohou být přínosem také pro širší odbornou a laickou veřejnost. |

| Abstract: |
The diploma thesis deals with the project Everyone Can Be an Artist, which uses art therapy as a tool for social inclusion and support for people with intellectual disabilities. Based on the theoretical definition of art therapy and related artistic trends, the thesis analyses a specific project model, evaluates its organizational, economic and communication aspects, and focuses on its impact on the actors involved. The practical part is devoted to a case study of the project Everyone Can Be an Artist and is based on qualitative and quantitative research – interviews and a questionnaire survey among art therapists, organizers, and participating facilities. The thesis identifies the strengths of the project, barriers to its sustainability, possibilities for further direction, and provides recommendations for its future development. The results are intended to serve not only the organizers of the project Everyone Can Be an Artist, but also the wider professional and lay public. |
