| Abstract: |
Vstup zákona č. 171/2023 Sb. v platnost, přinesl pro podnikatelské subjekty změny, které musely implementovat a změnit tak postupy dotýkající se etických hodnot a morálky. Cílem této práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření prozkoumat a zhodnotit vztah zaměstnanců a manažerů v konkrétní firmě k tomuto zákonu, problematice whistleblowingu a samotným etickým hodnotám za pomoci popisné analýzy a vybraných statistických testů. Výsledky šetření poukazují na převážně pozitivní postoj k zákonu a problematice whistleblowingu, nicméně prokázaly také nízkou úroveň informovanosti a potřebu systematického vzdělávání zaměstnanců a manažerů v oblasti etiky a interních oznamovacích mechanismů. |

| Abstract: |
The implementation of the new whistleblowing law brought changes that companies had to adopt, but also required adjustments in their processes concerning ethics and moral values. The aim of this work is to examine and assess the attitude of employees and managers in a particular company towards the new law, the whistleblowing policy, and ethical values. The evaluation is based on descriptive analysis and statistical tests. The results indicate an overall positive attitude towards the new law and the issue of whistleblowing. However, the results also show limited awareness and the need for systematic education of employees and managers in ethics and internal whistleblowing policies. |
