| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje Muzeu Varnsdorf, které je od roku 2009 uzavřeno z důvodu havarijního stavu budovy. Na základě schváleného návrhu přeměny na kulturní a kreativní centrum jsou v práci analyzovány klíčové faktory obnovy, včetně provozních, finančních a komunitních aspektů. Výzkum vychází z kvalitativní metodologie a čerpá z rozhovorů s hlavními aktéry projektu. Analýza těchto odpovědí umožnila identifikovat základní překážky i příležitosti plánované rekonstrukce. Výsledkem práce je návrh provozní a komunikační strategie, která by měla přispět k úspěšnému znovuotevření muzea a oslovení nových návštěvnických skupin. Strategie je postavena na realistickém zhodnocení prostorových i personálních možností. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is devoted to the Varnsdorf Museum, which has been closed since 2009 due to the state of disrepair of the building. Based on the approved proposal for conversion into a cultural and creative centre, the thesis analyses the key factors of the renovation, including operational, financial and community aspects. The research is based on a qualitative methodology and draws on interviews with key stakeholders in the project. The analysis of these responses has enabled the identification of the main obstacles and opportunities of the planned renovation. As a result, the thesis proposes an operational and communication strategy that should contribute to the successful reopening of the museum and reaching new visitor groups. The strategy is based on a realistic assessment of space and staffing options. |
