| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky motivace seniorních zaměstnanců v kulturní organizaci Lobkowiczký palác v areálu Pražského hradu. Cílem práce je analyzovat hlavní motivační faktory působící na kustody ve věku 60 a více let a zjistit, jak tyto faktory ovlivňují jejich pracovní spokojenost a angažovanost. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy motivace zaměstnanců a představuje hlavní teorie motivace s důrazem na specifika motivace v seniorském věku. Praktická část využívá kvalitativní metodu polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými zaměstnanci. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro vedení kulturních organizací při nastavování motivačních systémů zaměřených na starší zaměstnance. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the specifics of motivation among senior employees in the cultural organization Lobkowicz Palace located within the Prague Castle complex. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the main motivational factors influencing custodians aged 60 and above and to examine how these factors affect their job satisfaction and engagement. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of employee motivation and presents major motivation theories with an emphasis on the specifics of motivation in older age. The practical part applies a qualitative method based on semi-structured interviews with selected employees. The findings can serve as a foundation for managers of cultural organizations in developing motivational systems targeted at senior employees. |
