Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu investičních produktů vhodných pro drobného investora a tvorbu investičních portfolií. V teoretické části se představují základní pojmy z oblasti investování, jsou zmíněné a popsané druhy investičních nástrojů a subjekty poskytující investiční služby. Praktická část se věnuje tvorbě tří portfolií pro konzervativního, vyváženého a dynamického investora. Pomocí směrodatné odchylky jsou hodnoceny rizikovosti fondů v daných portfoliích. Pozornost je věnována i problémům spojených s tvorbou portfolia. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of investment products suitable for retail investors and the creation of investment portfolios. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts in the field of investment, mentions and describes the types of investment instruments and entities providing investment services. The practical part deals with the creation of three portfoliios for conservative, balanced and dynamic investors. The risk characteristics of the funds in the portfolios are assessed using standard deviation. Attention is also paid to the problems associated with portfolio construction. |
