| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení vlivu veřejné podpory, konkrétně dotačního titulu OP TAK a bezúročného úvěru Národní rozvojové banky, na investiční rozhodování malých a středních podniků v oblasti instalace fotovoltaických elektráren. Pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu formou případových studií byly analyzovány tři podnikatelské subjekty – Truhlářství JAROŠÍK spol. s r.o., Restaurace Šnyt u Malše a GASTONS s.r.o. Pro každou z těchto firem byla vypracována studie proveditelnosti včetně ekonomického hodnocení návratnosti investice (NPV, IRR) s a bez dotace. Data byla získána formou strukturovaných rozhovorů s provozními pracovníky a majiteli firem. Součástí výzkumu byl rovněž rozhovor se zástupcem NRB, který poskytl expertní pohled na realizaci a vývoj programu. Výsledky práce ukazují, že dotační podpora zásadně ovlivňuje investiční motivaci zejména u méně rentabilních projektů a přispívá k urychlení transformace podnikatelského sektoru směrem k energetické soběstačnosti. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis focuses on assessing the impact of public support—specifically the OP TAK subsidy program and the interest-free loan provided by the National Development Bank—on investment decisions of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the area of photovoltaic power plant installations. Using qualitative research based on case studies, three enterprises were analyzed: Truhlářství JAROŠÍK Ltd., Šnyt u Malše restaurant, and GASTONS Ltd. For each company, a feasibility study was conducted including an economic evaluation of the investment return (NPV, IRR) with and without public support. Data were collected through structured interviews with managers and company owners. Additionally, an interview with a representative of the National Development Bank provided expert insight into the structure and progress of the program. The findings demonstrate that public support plays a key role in motivating investment in less profitable projects and accelerates the energy transition of the private sector towards greater self-sufficiency. |
