| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provést detailní analýzu a stanovit hodnotu společnosti Motorpal, a.s. Práci tvoří komplexní due diligence, která zahrnuje obchodní due diligence, analýzu provozní výkonnosti podniku a finanční due diligence. Obchodní due diligence se zaměřuje na postavení společnosti na trhu, konkurenci a klíčové zákazníky. Analýza provozní výkonnosti podniku je primárně zaměřena na hodnocení úrovně marží společnosti a jejich vývoje v čase. Finanční due diligence se opírá o analýzu historických účetních výkazů a finančních ukazatelů s cílem posoudit finanční zdraví společnosti. Výsledky těchto analýz tvoří základ pro sestavení finančního plánu, ze kterého je následně pomocí výnosové metody diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF) odvozena hodnota společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to conduct a detailed analysis and determine the value of the company Motorpal, a.s. The thesis consists of a comprehensive due diligence process that includes commercial due diligence, an analysis of the company’s operational performance, and financial due diligence. The commercial due diligence focuses on the company’s market position, competition, and key customers. The analysis of operational performance is primarily aimed at evaluating the company’s margin levels and their development over time. The financial due diligence is based on an analysis of historical financial statements and key financial indicators in order to assess the financial health of the company. The results of these analyses form the basis for the construction of a financial plan, from which the company’s value is derived using the income-based Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method. |
