| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi a přínosy spolupráce mezi veřejným a soukromým sektorem na municipální úrovni. Cílem práce je analyzovat konkrétní partnerství mezi městem Beroun a společností Tipsport a.s. a na tomto příkladu posoudit přínosy, limity a potenciál takové spolupráce pro rozvoj města. V teoretické části je představena struktura veřejného a soukromého sektoru, principy jejich spolupráce a typologie dopadů. Výzkumná část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu v podobě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, doplněné o rozbor veřejně dostupných rozpočtových a strategických dokumentů. Práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní společné projekty. Závěrem jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení spolupráce mezi městem a firmou i obecná doporučení aplikovatelná na jiná města v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This thesis explores the possibilities and benefits of collaboration between the public and private sectors at the municipal level. Its main objective is to analyze the specific partnership between the town of Beroun and the company Tipsport a.s., and to evaluate the benefits, limitations, and potential of such cooperation for local development. The theoretical part outlines the structure of both sectors, the principles of their collaboration, and the typology of impacts. The research is based on qualitative methods, particularly semi-structured interviews, complemented by an analysis of publicly available budgetary and strategic documents. The thesis focuses on concrete joint projects. In conclusion, it offers recommendations for improving cooperation between the municipality and the company, along with general suggestions applicable to other towns across the Czech Republic. |
