| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské bylo objasnit přítomnost, projevy a vnímání syndromu včelí královny mezi studentkami třetího ročníku podnikové ekonomiky a managementu na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze. Práce se zaměřovala na to, zda se někdy studentky během svých pracovních zkušeností s tímto syndromem setkaly, jak se podle nich projevuje, jaké si myslí, že jsou jeho příčiny a jak ho vnímají. Data pro analýzu byla získána prostřednictvím online dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky ukazují, že projevy syndromu včelí královny se mezi respondentkami objevují, ale nejsou zpravidla vědomě vnímány jako problém. Statistická analýza dále objevila dva statisticky významné vztahy a jeden naznačený trend. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis was to clarify the presence, manifestations and perceptions of the Queen Bee Syndrome among third year students of Business Economics and Management at the University of Economics in Prague. The thesis focused on whether the students have ever encountered this syndrome during their work experience, how they think it manifests itself, what they think are its causes and how they perceive it. Data for the analysis was collected through an online questionnaire survey. The results show that manifestations of queen bee syndrome do occur among the respondents, but are generally not consciously perceived as a problem. Statistical analysis further revealed two statistically significant relationships and one indicated trend. |
