| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze pracovních podmínek jedné z poboček nadnárodního obchodního řetězce. Cílem práce je zjistit současný stav pracovních podmínek, zhodnotit je a na základě těchto poznatků navrhnout doporučení k jejich zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou popsány důležité pojmy související s pracovním prostředím, dělí pracovní podmínky na hmotné a nehmotné a dále se jim podrobněji věnuje. Praktická část zkoumá tyto podmínky na základě analýzy dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením od zaměstnanců vybrané pobočky a strukturovaným pozorováním. Na základě výsledků zkoumání jsou stanovena doporučení pro vedení pobočky ke zlepšení problematických oblastí. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the working conditions of one of the branches of an international business chain. The aim of the thesis is to identify the current state of working conditions, evaluate them and based on these findings, propose recommendations for their improvement. The theoretical part describes the important concepts related to the working environment, divides the working conditions into tangible and intangible and further discusses them in detail. The practical part examines these conditions based on the analysis of data obtained through a questionnaire survey of employees of the selected branch and structured observation. Based on the results of the investigation, recommendations are made to the branch management to improve the problem areas. |
