Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi budoucího využití bývalého vojenského objektu monobloku ve Staré Vsi nad Ondřejnicí. Cílem práce je identifikovat vhodné varianty revitalizace objektu s ohledem na její technický stav, zájmy vedení obce, potřeby místních obyvatel a zároveň respektovaly principy udržitelného rozvoje. Teoretická část vymezuje problematiku brownfieldů, jejich typologii a možnosti obnovy s důrazem na vojenské objekty. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího stavu objektu a zhodnocení jeho potenciálu prostřednictvím SWOT a TOWS analýzy. Pro sběr dat byly využity rozhovory s představiteli obce a dotazníkové šetření mezi občany. Výstupem práce jsou tři varianty využití objektu, jejich srovnání a doporučení pro další postup. Závěrem je formulováno doporučení pro obec, jak připravit objekt k možnému financování a efektivní revitalizaci. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the potential future uses of the former military monoblok facility in Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí. The aim of the thesis is to identify suitable revitalization options for the facility considering its technical condition, the interests of the municipal leadership, the needs of local residents, and the principles of sustainable development. The theoretical part defines the issue of brownfields, their typology, and regeneration options with a specific focus on military sites. The practical part is dedicated to analyzing the current state of the facility and assessing its potential using SWOT and TOWS analysis. Data collection was carried out through interviews with municipal representatives and a questionnaire survey among residents. The output of the thesis consists of three proposed utilization options for the facility, their comparison, and recommendations for further steps. The conclusion formulates recommendations for the municipality on how to prepare the facility for potential funding and effective revitalization. |
